When we first came into this house about a month before the photographer was booked to shoot listing photos, we appreciated the awesome ultra modern updates of matte black cabinets, quartz countertops and monomchromatic color pallate. To warm up the space, w incorperated cognac leather furntiure pieces, oversized art and lots of fresh greenery arrangements. Bringing in the leather and natural elements helped soften the feeling of the home while also honoring the clean lines and sleek materials.

5661 N Calle Mayapan is listed for $2,995,000 and sits in the La Paloma Country Club. We had the awesome oppurtunity of working with these great clients and helping them stage their home. We worked with what they had, ordered in new pieces and added accessories, art and styled it out!
